PJ Treacy & Sons recently completed 31 new homes at their College Park Lane development in Enniskillen. The development which was constructed in phases over a three year period, provided a mix of three bed detached and semi-detached homes in a very popular residential area in Enniskillen. The houses were completed to a turn-key specification offering each purchaser a choice of fitted kitchen and utility units, worktops, bathroom & en-suite wall and floor tiles, wooden floors, carpets and internal paint colours.

The construction generally comprised of concrete pile foundations and reinforced concrete ground beams; solid rising walls with precast concrete floor slabs; external facing brick and plastered block work insulated cavity walls plastered internally; prefabricated timber roof trusses with concrete tiles; PVC windows and hardwood doors; M&E installations; Supply and fit of kitchens, stoves, sanitary ware, floor and wall tiling and external landscaping and associated site works. The development completes the final phase of the overall College Park Lane development which totals 74 homes.
