This project involved the demolition of existing derelict sheds and the new build construction of a 290m² single storey unit, including Doctor’s surgeries; Public Health Nurse’s facilities and Multi Disciplinary Clinic Rooms; car parking and all associated site development works.

The construction generally comprised of reinforced concrete strip foundation; solid rising block walls; in-situ concrete insulated ground floor slabs; load bearing concrete block internal and external insulated cavity walls with plaster and stone finish; a mixture of prefabricated timber roof trusses and rafter cut and steel purling roof construction with slate covering; uPVC windows and powder coated aluminium doors; M&E installations; 1st and 2nd fix joinery works; suspended ceilings; wall and floor tiling; floor coverings; Fitted furniture and decoration.
