This project consisted firstly of the removal of asbestos roof sheeting by our specialist Sub-contractor, and the subsequent demolition of existing steel framed and reinforced concrete wall agricultural buildings and clearing of the existing site.

The new build works comprised of the construction of 9 No. apartments; 4 No. two storey, three bedroom homes in timber frame construction and the refurbishment of retained buildings converted into offices and retail space.

The new construction generally comprised of reinforced strip foundations; solid rising walls with insulated concrete ground floors; timber frame kit; natural roof slates; solid block work external skins rendered with coloured K Rend; hardwood windows and doors; internal finishes; Mechanical & Electrical; associated site services; car parking and landscaping including the protection of 3 No. mature trees during the construction period.
