Enniskillen Business Park is a 40,000 ft² development on a 5 acre site which provides space for 63 business units including an on site cafeteria and a central administrative support office. The Company completed the construction of Phase 3 in April 2008 having completed phases 1 & 2 some years previously.

The construction generally comprises of reinforced concrete pad and strip foundations; structural steel frames with concrete surrounds; external facing block work with insulated cavity and internal plastered blockwork; precast concrete floor and stair units; Kingspan insulated roof panels with large specialist glazed roof lights; powder coated aluminium window and door units; mechanical, electrical and lift installation (including reinforced concrete lift pit); extensive associated site works including car parking; landscaping; galvanised and powder coated railings, gates and barriers; perimeter fencing; oil and gas storage areas.
