Refurbishment of 11 no. single storey, one bedroom houses located within 3 blocks on the site. The roof to each block was replaced with a new pitched roof with prefabricated trusses with a concrete flat tile finish. The upgrades to the houses include the addition of insulation to the walls and attics, upgrading the heating systems, photo voltaic panels, the provision of new porches and alterations to the living room layouts. The houses are finished for tenant fitting out but include low pressure hot and water and heating systems, electrical installation, sanitary fittings, fitted kitchen units and worktops.

Ancillary work included external services, drainage, footpaths, fences, car park and landscaping work. All existing services on the site serving the houses will be retained. Internal footpaths and open space between the blocks was upgraded.
