This property at 27 High Street Enniskillen, is owned by a sister company and whilst the first two floors are let to a clothing retailer, the second and third floors were previously office accommodation and had been vacant for a number of years. We therefore decided to convert these upper floors to residential and proceeded to convert the two floors into four no. apartments, including 2 no. 1 bed and 2 no. 2 bed apartments.

As the building was relatively new, constructed in the 90's by PJ Treacy & Sons, the space was mostly open plan and the floors were concrete which lended itself to residential conversion. We completed the full refurbishment which included partial internal demolitions, new M&E installations and finishes and the building is retained by our sister company in their investment portfolio.
