This project consisted of the construction of 16 No. dormer style, two storey, three and four bedroom homes completed in a single phase handover. The construction generally consisted of reinforced concrete strip foundations with solid rising walls; insulated power floated concrete floors; insulated cavity blockwork skins; concrete roof tiles; pvc windows and doors; solid block work outer skin, rendered and painted; wall and floor tiles; décor with ‘turnkey’ finish. M&E installations were completed by our own domestic sub-contractors along with associated site works, landscaping, site services, roads/paths, fencing & bin storage areas.
