This project consisted of the demolition of an existing two storey building and the construction of a new build Pharmacy, 320m² over two floors on Main Street, Kinlough including shop area; consultation room; storage; offices; staff canteen; toilets; site works and services. Access was very limited via a supermarket car park to the rear of the site, adjoining the existing shop. To the front of the building there were adjoining residential houses.

The construction generally comprised of reinforced concrete strip foundation; solid rising block walls; solid concrete insulated ground floor slabs; precast concrete first floor slabs and stair units; load bearing concrete block internal and external insulated cavity walls with plaster finish; metal stud and plasterboard partitioning at first floor; prefabricated timber roof trusses with Bangor Blue slate covering; powder coated aluminium windows and doors; Mechanical and Electrical installations; 1st and 2nd fix joinery works; suspended ceilings; wall and floor tiling; floor coverings; fitted furniture and decorations.
