PJT were appointed following a formal tender process and the project was delivered under a Public Works Contract to provide Sligo County Council with 28 social housing units, constructed to turnkey specification in two blocks with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed units. This project included all associated site and civil works including creating a new entrance, provision of foul and storm drainage and all associated utility connections. An internal roadway and car parking were also provided as well as hard and soft landscaping.
