Located in Sligo City Centre, this project involved the restoration of the existing front street façade; demolition of the existing building and the construction and commissioning of this new 840m² three storey retail complex.

The part steel, part concrete frame building was constructed on trench filled, reinforced concrete substructures; external walls are a combination of K-Rend and marble slab finish; a traditional slate and trocal flat roofing system; aluminum windows, doors and curtain wall units.

The building was completed to a very high spec finish with associated external footpath works., complete installation of M&E Services along with a passenger lift installation.
