This project consisted of the site clearance of the existing building and the new build construction of a 14 bedroom hotel with 2 bars, disco floor, dining rooms, toilets etc and 2 No. retail units.

The traditional, insulated block cavity wall construction was supported on reinforced strip foundations with traditional solid concrete floors. Pre-stressed concrete units were installed at first floor level along with concrete stairs. Traditional slate on a timber cut roof and double glazed, timber windows featured to blend in to the existing surroundings. The building was completed to a ‘turnkey’ finish using high spec materials including the installation of 2 No. bars and a commercial kitchen.

Installation of Mechanical and Electrical services along with a passenger lift was completed on the project including associated site works and car parking.
