PJ Treacy & Sons constructed this building following the site acquisition and planning approval obtained by our sister company. The project consisted of the demolition of an existing two storey building located close to Erneside Shopping Centre and the construction of a two storey 1320 sq metre retail complex. The property is still owned and managed by our sister Company, Carran Properties Ltd and is let in it's entirety to O'Neills International Sportswear.
