Completed by PJ Treacy & Sons for our sister company, this building is situated on the former Enniskillen Railway Station site and consisted of the demolition of an existing two storey building and the construction of three new retail units totalling 27,600 ft².

The construction generally consisted of concrete piled foundation; reinforced concrete ground beams; precast floor units; a structural steel frame; plastered insulated cavity walls externally, facing blockwork internally; Kingspan roof cladding and powder coated aluminium windows, doors & curtain wall units. Mechanical and Electrical service installations were completed on this project by our domestic sub-contractors.

The building was finished off to a very high spec with extensive landscaping carried out along with designated staff/customer car parking and associated services. The property is still managed today in our group portfolio and PJ Treacy & Sons completed a £500,000 refurbishment and fit out of the unit occupied by Lidl in 2014.
