This project consisted of external and internal alterations to each house, decanting & rehousing some tenants to allow works to be undertaken, including replacement of all timber windows and doors with new uPVC (Secure by Design); new kitchen units; new toilet and bathroom suites with electric showers; complete new heating and plumbing installation including boilers/cookers; complete new electrical installations; new internal doors, frames, skirting and architraves; new floor coverings; tiling and paint décor; replacement of existing guttering and down pipes; remedial works to chimneys and roof coverings; new concrete paths and ramps to front doors; new garden fencing to side and rear along with walling and gates to front. External works consisted of general landscaping, drainage, the construction of new footpaths, road kerbing, walling and the tarmacking of site roads.
