This project consisted of the construction of a new two storey extension to the rear of the existing shop. Site works included car parking, landscaping and palisade fencing. Installation of a new lift together with mechanical and electrical services were part of our contract.

The new construction comprised of concrete piled foundations with reinforced concrete ground beams; precast concrete ground and first floor units with power floated insulated concrete screed; a structural steel frame; Kingspan insulated roof cladding, roof lights and guttering; insulated cavity walls, plastered on ground floor with Kingspan wall cladding above 1st floor level together with powder coated aluminium window and door units.
