The construction generally comprised of concrete strip foundations; solid rising walls with precast concrete floor slabs; external plastered block work; insulated cavity walls; prefabricated timber roof trusses with concrete tiles; uPVC windows and hardwood timber doors; mechanical and electrical installations; supply and fit of kitchens, fireplaces, sanitary ware, floor and wall tiling. These houses were finished off to a high quality ‘turnkey’ specification.
